last sunday, the Tim Bantuan Medis FK USU held a seminar entitled :



RJPO & Traumatologi


*Resusitasi Jantung Paru Otak *





so some of the MET-ers joined the seminar that includes :

-Basic Life Support
-Initial Management of Musculoskeletal Trauma
-Intubation

the seminar started at 8a.m and finished approximately at 4.30p.m in the afternoon.





Basic Life Support Talk

the seminar officially kicks off *after the TBM-related speeches & narcissism (",)* with the talk on Basic Life Support given by Dr. Guido M. Solihin from the Anaesthesiology & Reanimation Dept. FK USU. It was an energetic talk, dont you guys agree?

After that is the talk on Traumatology given by Dr. Roni Eka Sahputra from Dept. of Orthopaedic & Traumatology FK UI, Jakarta. LIFE before LIMB y'all!!~

Next is a video show on intubation by the TBMers, nicely done. It was awesome of them to produce a professional video like that, right? When will we are able to do something like that? (",)

Then after lunch, comes the most exciting part ever, is the practical part!!~ All of the participants are required to do the CPR (on adult & infant), intubation, bandaging and splinting!

all in all, hope that all the MET peeps benefits from this seminar, and able to do ur own thing when the time comes!!

this program has made history as this is the first TBM-based program attended by the PM USU's MET and with that, hope there will be a MET-TBM collaboration programme someday! :)
